FACE-TO-FACE MEETING

1. JOIN LIVE SESSION
When tour host is ready, you will see a notification that says “Join Live Guided Session”. Select this option and move to Step 2.
*If you do not see this prompt at the time your meeting is set to begin, simply refresh the page and your host should be there*
2. INPUT NAME AND PASSWORD
When prompted, input your name and then press connect.
3. JOIN WITH AUDIO OR VIDEO
Select the audio only version for privacy or the video option to have a more personable face-to-face meeting with your host.
*You will be prompted to allow access to your microphone and camera. This is only temporary and is necessary in order for any of our life guided tours to work properly*
